Six Methods of Skin Rejuvenation


There are many expensive cosmetics for skin care, however these simple household recipes will also help you get rid of wrinkles, but almost for free.

1. Rice vinegar

Mix rice vinegar with water to soften and change the pH balance of the skin. Vinegar kills bacteria on the skin, cleans the pores and prevents the appearance of acne.

The ratio of vinegar to water is 1:20.

2. Green tea

Green tea contains an antioxidant, a substance that slows the aging of the skin. It protects from sunburn, softens and moisturizes the skin.

Brew one packet of green tea in two liters of boiling water, allow to cool, and then wash your face.

3. Salt

Add two or three drops of honey to the water to moisten the face. Stroke your face gently for a few minutes. This method is not recommended for people with oily skin.


Honey moisturizes dry and normal skin, but not greasy.

5. Rice water

The water in which rice was soaked is used to moisturize and purify the skin, has no side effects, especially if you are prone to acne or you have oily skin.

Heat water, soak rice, then wash your face with this water.


6. White sugar

White sugar contains vitamins B1, B2, B6 and vitamin C. It is used for peeling and removing acne scars and is safe to use.

After washing, mix sugar with water so that a paste is obtained. Rub the paste into the skin of the face for one minute, and then rinse.
